Introduction/background:
The EEAST Strategy 2025-30 has been developed through the Trust’s most significant engagement programme to date and sets the direction for the Trust over the next five years, as designed by our people, partners and patients.
The outcomes of that engagement and translating our missions into actions is now available in the designed PDF document and an HTML version/copy within the Trust website created ready to be launched.
