When we must share your information
We may have to share your information if:
- A serious crime has happened.
- Someone is in danger.
- A court tells us to.
- We must report certain diseases or injuries.
Emergency calls
- If you call 999, the call is recorded.
- This helps with safety, training, and checking quality.
Surveys and research
- We may send you a survey about your care.
- You can choose to take part in interviews or research.
- You can change your mind at any time.
If something goes wrong
We will tell you if your information is lost or used wrongly.
- This is called Duty of Candour – being honest when things go wrong.
