My Care Record

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust is part of My Care Record information sharing framework, an approach to improving care by joining up health and care information.

This agreement allows information to be shared for direct care purposes only, for those organisations signed up to My Care Record and is used throughout the NHS East of England region.
