DBS and Assessments

I confirm that I am aged 18 years or over.

I confirm that I own a vehicle with at least four doors, which is covered by valid MOT and insurance

I understand that I will be required to use my own vehicle while volunteering

I understand that I will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

I understand that I will be required to undertake a driving assessment.
