Student paramedics heading for Hertfordshire

Date: 09 March 2018

A new group of student paramedics has joined the ambulance family in Hertfordshire.

The students of SP60 have completed their initial clinical training and now move on to their emergency blue light driving course, before heading out in their communities.

Kevin Cowan, Education and Training Officer and course lead, said: “I am delighted that SP60 have completed their initial training as they embark on their new careers in the ambulance service.  They have demonstrated commitment, care and compassion in their training; skills they will find essential when caring for people in our communities. Congratulations to each student and I wish them all the very best in their next phases of development, education and training.”

We're currently recruiting for student paramedics and associate ambulance practitioners (AAP) to join us in Hertfordshire.
