Paramedic puts HART into Christmas

Date: 22 December 2017

Hart presents

A specialist paramedic has gone above and beyond the call of duty collecting presents for children in hospital this Christmas.

Dave King, Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) Paramedic, collected toys and gifts for the children’s ward at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, to be distributed over Christmas to the children who are too unwell to be home on Christmas Day.

The gifts, for children aged 0 -16 years  are all brand new, cost no more than £5 in cost and were donated by incredibly kind staff across the Turst.

This is the second year Dave has co-ordinated this collection for poorly children and last year was a great success.
