New faces making their way to a station near you
Date: 05 December 2017
Three cohorts of new recruits are ready and raring to begin helping patients and are one step closer to joining their stations after successfully completing their clinical training with us in Newmarket and Welwyn Garden City.
Associate ambulance practitioners
Our latest group of associate ambulance practitioners (AAP) from AAP10 have completed have completed their clinical training and are currently at driver training school, soon to be heading out on the road.
Some familiar faces for us with our graduate paramedics who are now heading out on the road after completing their induction and training at Newmarket training centre last week.
Their course Course Lead, Ben Haselwood said: “It’s a privilege to play a small part in our colleagues’ foundations as paramedics. Having known many from when they first joined us on placements as BSc students over three years ago, it’s a pleasure to see their progression through into current clinicians. The faculty wish them all the very best in their new careers.”
Our student paramedics of SP59 have completed their clinical training and are also now in driver training school.
Allan Sunderland, their course lead, added: “It has been a great course with some great students. All the tutors at Welwyn Garden City wish them every success in their driving course and future careers.”
Best of luck everyone and welcome to team EEAST!
