National award for Rebecca
Date: 21 March 2018
Congratulations to our Community Collaboration Administrator who scooped a national award this week.
Rebecca Dawson received an outstanding service award at the Ambulance Leadership Forum on Tuesday night (20th March). She attended the gala awards dinner in Warwickshire where she won the administration category.
Rebecca, who has worked at our Melbourn headquarters, in Cambridgeshire, for almost two years, said she was “proud” to receive an award.
She said: “I feel overwhelmed, proud and humbled to have been nominated. I also was lucky enough to meet some wonderful people from other ambulance Trusts, but working with the brilliant and inspirational people at EEAST is truly the best.”
Rebecca was praised for putting her “heart and soul” into her role with the Community Collaboration Team and supports the Volunteer Advisory Forum. She has also been instrumental in leading the Trust’s volunteer recognition badges.
Award for Community Collaboration Administrator.
