Woman taken to hospital after being hit by moped in Norfolk

A young woman was taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg after a collision in Norfolk today.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a call at just after 1pm today (13th November) to a report of a collision between a pedestrian and moped in King John Avenue, Gaywood, King's Lynn.
An ambulance crew and Norfolk Accident Rescue Service were dispatched.
They treated the pedestrian - a woman in her late teens - who had suffered a serious leg injury.
She was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further care.
Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
