Paramedic Tanoh Danso for BBC Bitesize

We’re pleased to announce an exciting project one of our paramedics has been working on with the BBC…

Back in February this year, we posted on social media about some filming our colleagues in West Essex were working on with the BBC. Now, we are able to reveal that Paramedic, Tanoh Danso was working alongside BBC to produce a feature for the careers section of their BBC Bitesize website aimed at young people.

Tanoh collaborated with the BBC team to produce a video and to give some insight into how he got where he is today, how other people can become a paramedic like him and what to expect if you’re interested in becoming a paramedic.

When speaking with the BBC, Tanoh said: ‘By far the best part of the job is knowing that every day at work I can make a difference to someone’.

If this sounds like your kind of job, you can take a look at our vacancies and apply to join #TeamEEAST today!

You can see Tanoh’s full video, and read his feature, on the BBC Bitesize website at https://www.bbc.com/bitesize/articles/zk6v2sg.
