Road traffic collision on the A10, near Royston

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust were called at 8.44am today (9th May) to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision on the A10, London Road, near Royston.
An ambulance crew, two ambulance officers, a rapid response vehicle, our Hazardous Area Response Team and the medical response car from East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) were dispatched to help.
Two patients were treated at the scene – one for abdominal pain and one for serious injuries to their hip and shoulder. Both patients were taken to Addenbrookes Hospital for further treatment.
