Please could you answer the following FOI request:

  1. How many public access defibrillators are currently on your database?

  2. How many are public access defibrillators are currently stored in a locked container?

  3. How many are public access defibrillators stored in a restricted area?
  4. What are your trusts policies on recognising a PAD (e.g. does it have to be stored in an unlocked container)?

    If you have data on theft or vandalism of the pads located in your trust please answer the questions below. Providing any additional information you may have (e.g. is there data on how those stolen/ vandalised were stored)

      The Trust will register any site (PAD or CPAD) and regardless if it is a locked or unlocked cabinet

       The general opinion from sites is that they would prefer to have an AED stored in a key code locked cabinet
