“For each incident, please state how many ambulances were needed and how many people were attended to in the incident.” We cannot provide how many people were attended to in the incident, however we can provide how many assignments were associated to an incident (amount of ambulances needed).  Would this information be acceptable? Yes this would.

“if treatment was needed and if so what was given” – a record of any treatment given at scene would be recorded in the Patient Care Record and we would again apply exemption s.12 here.  However we can advise if the patient was conveyed or not conveyed as the next question asks.  That is ok

“and all other publicly available information relating to the circumstances of the callout.” – We can provide; Date/Time of Incident, Category, MPDS Code, MPDS Description, Assignment Count per incident (number of ambulances per incident), Outcome of response (conveyed/not conveyed).  Please could you specify exactly what other information you are requesting?

This would be good, and also a brief description of the incident along the lines of cardiac arrest, breathing difficulties etc.

Please find attached the spread sheet FOI – 22580. Please note the incidents have been grouped together as this may become patient identifiable information if the information on the spread sheet was broken down per incident. This information is being grouped together under s.40 of the Freedom of Information Act.
