21750 - Student Complaints

From January 2016 to 31st May 2019, please supply a month by month breakdown of any and all complaints made by a ‘student’ against any full time employee of the East of England Ambulance Service.

For clarification, the term ‘student’ can be any person either employed by the East of England Ambulance Service and undergoing training and/or mentoring towards their job role, or a Full time university student who is undertaking placements within the East of England Ambulance Service.

Complaints received should include all complaints made via; email, telephone, dignity at work policies or grievance policies or any other complaint process used to lodge and investigate a complaint against an employed member of staff.

     The Trust is unfortunately unable to provide any information regarding informal complaints as we have determined that to do would take longer than the 18 hours set under the Freedom of Information Act.  We have many locations and each informal complaint is handled differently, and to locate and collate all of this information would take a great deal of time, therefore we are applying exemption s.12 to this part of your request.
