21472 - Patient Wait Times

1. The longest period of time between a patient calling an ambulance and an ambulance arriving from 1st June 2018 to 1st June 2019.

2 The number of incidences in the past year where it has taken six hours or more for an ambulance to respond to a patient.

In each case, please could you provide a break down for the severity of the call, the medical reason for the call, the date and the age of the patient.

    Please note that we have highlighted that there are incidents where a First Unit on Scene time has been reported however no ARP Response Time is calculated. This is due to Taxi Responses where a patient may need a non-emergency conveyance.
