Suppliers of medical devices would respond to formal tender on Bravo Solutions, Multiquote or through NHS Supply Chain.

Estates: Office equipment to be treated as Electrical and electronic equipment waste (WEEE)
Fleet:  all Trust vehicles are leased and as such are returned to the leasing company at end of life for them to dispose of. Any exceptions where vehicles are beyond economic repair or bought by the Trust due to use extended beyond lease life are disposed of by auction. The decision to dispose is made by Fleet Engineering with Finance oversight.
Medical Devices: all Medical Devices are sent to auction for sale when they are either beyond economical repair or the Medical Devices are past their age replacement profile in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.  These actions are in accordance to MHRA guidelines
IT: IT kit is disposed of by a waste contractor.
