Please can you provide me with:

1) The Number of stabbing/shooting/penetrating trauma (MPDS code 27) incidents which had at least one ambulance resource on scene from:

2) The number of mental health (MPDS code 25) related incidents where the patient was said to either be violent and/or having a weapon and/or is displaying threatening behaviour.

3) The number of reported incidents of physical violence against frontline staff:

4) Does your ambulance service provide your emergency frontline staff with stab/shot proof vests as part of their PPE, and if so do you have any SOPs which enforce them being worn when attending particular incidents?

    EEAST does not provide crews with stab/shot proof vests
