    Bedfordshire, Luton, & Hertfordshire = we have a call centre who take the bookings for transport, there is also a discharge co-ordinator on each site
    West Essex = We have a call centre who takes the bookings for transport from patients and the Hospitals. there is also a discharge co-ordinator on our main Hospital site
    Cambridgeshire = 2.75wte based at Addenbrookes, Hinchinbrook and Peterborough
    Mid/South Essex = Call Centre/Planner/Spla’s/Manager/SDM
    North Essex = Control team x2 dispatchers every day. Transport Coordinators x1 Monday – Saturday

    Mid/South Essex = Yes but reduced cover at weekends. No Bank Holiday cover(not in contract)

    Bedfordshire, Luton, & Hertfordshire = Total journeys over 215,000 a year, which includes discharge patients
    West Essex = 38,000 patients
    Cambridgeshire = approx. 144,000 journeys per year
    Mid/South Essex = Contracted for 61,492 journeys. This may increase with discharges
    North Essex = 75,000 total
