    To locate and collate this information would require a manual search and summation of the 255 records referenced.  The Trust has determined that this would take over the 18 hour limit laid down in the Freedom of Information Act, therefore we are applying exemption s.12 to this request.

    b) Whether the alleged perpetrator was a member of the public, patient or health worker
