19596-Staff Health Statistics

I am asking for the most recent data on staff sickness levels related to stress, PTSD and any work related injuries.

I am looking at annual fitness testing for frontline crews like they have in the police force and military and need the data to see if I can show a benefit to having a set fitness level.

Can I have the last 5 years of data for frontline staff only please?

I am after staff sickness rates, data on work related injuries and any data on stress / mental health related absences.

These are the number of sickness episodes recorded as Industrial Injury by our Sickness Support provider on the Trust's rostering system.

We have excluded sickness logged as Stress (covered in the other table), Gastrointestinal problems, cold & flu and other non-work related sickness.

There was a discrepancy in how Sickness Support provider was updating the system around Industrial Injury which was identified in 2016 and resolved, which would explain the increase in records.
