For this purpose of this request, the word ‘tutor’ refers to a professional educator / trainer / teacher in a classroom based or driving teaching role, teaching both new and existing clinical staff. Data relating to Emergency Operations Centre / Control Room operations is not required.

1.      What area in Square Kilometres or miles is covered by the Trust?

2.      How may dedicated Education Centres (spaces used for the formal education of staff) within the Trust

3.      Please list the type of courses/ name of courses run at your training centres. (Min number relates to practical work only)

4.      How many of each these courses were delivered between 31 March 2017 – 31 March 2018?
 
5.      Do you provide residential courses for students in any discipline? If yes, please indicate which courses have residential elements.

6.      How many students (new and existing staff) in total have attended a training course at a dedicated training centre between 31 March 2017 – 31 March 2018.
