    2.       Is the compliance (DBS) and reference checking process within the organisation automated or manual?
    Requires manual instigation, completed online
    3.       What compliance (DBS) and reference checks are conducted on the below staffing groups:
    a)       Nursing and Midwifery
    b)      Medical and dental
    c)       Non-Medical Non-Clinical
    all staff undergo the NHS pre-employment checks standards - Occupational health, References, ID & Right to work checks, Qualifications (as per job description) with a DBS check undertaken if required by the role.
