    Please note: Some areas have very few responses in a month, which can cause an inflation of the mean response time, so please ensure that the information in tab 2 is used in conjunction with the number of responses in tab 1.
    Also in part 3, you requested for the percentage of call outs that are within the targets stated.  Please note that post ARP, EEAST do not have response time targets per incident, rather a 7 minute target for C1 and 18 minute target for C2 for the mean by month. EEAST is currently commissioned to deliver a regional trajectory towards the National Standard of 7 minutes for C1 mean and 18 minutes for C2 mean. This trajectory is currently 00:08:06 for C1 mean responses and 00:20:29 for C2 mean responses.
