      There are 246 episodes of sickness recorded on GRS and logged as a work related physical injury. These episodes lead to 5970 days of sickness.
    2. Number of days off work in the last year due to mental health, whether that be anxiety and depression, stress, other mental health conditions and as such the number of days taken off sick associated with this. 

      The rostering system (GRS) recorded a total of 32823 days of sickness due to anxiety and depression, stress, other mental health conditions between October 17 to October 18. This figure includes both staff working and rest days.
    3. Any statistics you have over the last year or so indicating how staff morale is.
