The Patient Experience department deal with lost property and once they have received your submission form, the local management team is tasked with trying to find your property. A member of staff will then be in contact in due course with the outcome.
Please inform us of your missing property as soon as possible, as this increases the chance of us being able to find it.
If you were taken to hospital, please contact the hospital in the first instance, as property is usually handed in to A&E.
