The Patient Experience team process all compliments and feedback, which is then provided to the staff by managers.
As you will be aware the NHS is facing significant challenges with regard to the COVID-19 virus. Information we will need from you:
- Incident date, time and full/exact location
- A brief explanation about what your compliment is regarding and any message you would like to be passed to the crew members concerned
- Crew names (if you have them).
