Quality Account Poll

The Trust Quality Account aims to give a transparent accountability to the public and engage the leaders of our organisation in their quality improvement agenda.

As well as nationally set mandatory topics, such as Ambulance Clinical Quality Indicators in regards to cardiac and stroke patients, response performance, Friends and Family Test, learning from Serious Incidents (SIs), incidents and complaints etc, it is proposed that the following areas will be included within three overarching priorities.
