Patient handover at hospital

It is expected to take no more than 15 minutes for a patient to be handed into the care of hospital A&E staff and another 15 minutes for the ambulance crew to clean the vehicle and be available to respond to the next 999 call. We have been working with hospitals and commissioners around the region to improve patient handover times.
