CallEEAST - Outsourced Contact Centre
CallEEAST is an outsourced contact centre based within the Norwich Ambulance Operations Centre. We offer organisations a range of services, such as Bespoke Inbound Call Handling, Non-clinical Triaging, Virtual Receptionists and much more.
Our mission is to support both commercial organisations and NHS Trusts in enhancing their patient/customer experience through the design and delivery of tailored 24/7 Contact Centre Services. We currently work with organisations such as Iceland, Public Health England, Kennedys Solicitors, Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic and Birmingham Community Healthcare.

National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG)
The National Performance Advisory Group (NPAG) is a self-financed commercial team within the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust, supporting NHS and Public Sector managers nationwide in the continuous improvement of their services. All profits are reinvested back into the East of England Ambulance Service to support patient outcomes and innovation projects.
NPAG services include managing national conferences, facilitating best value groups, and delivering training workshops and courses.
