CALLEEAST - Contact centre
Our CallEEAST Contact Centre is based within our Norwich Ambulance Operations Centre (AOC), formally known as the Commercial Contact Centre & Medicom. We are a team 60+ who take around 800,000 calls yearly across more than 70 different contracts.
Our services range from patient transport eligibility and booking services for all patient transport service (PTS) contracts that EEAST delivers and a range of commercial services to a varied client base. Visit our CALLEEAST pages.
Commercial first aid training
Established in the west of the region for many years, the work within Norfolk and Suffolk has increased significantly. Both the clinical D13 Police Firearms Training and the ILS course with Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust and other work (GP surgery training, dentist's courses, school sessions, etc.) has given valuable training to non-ambulance staff who can help in an emergency. The positive feedback we receive is testament to the knowledge and quality of the staff who have delivered the many sessions. Find out more here.
National Performance Advisory Group for the NHS (NPAG)
The NPAG is a national NHS organisation and operates on a self-funding basis. Part of the EEAST family, NPAG operates at arm's length, providing clients with an objective and independent service. Find out more here.
