Two taken to hospital following serious collision in Watford

Two patients were taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in Watford this afternoon.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) received a call at just before 2.30pm today (4th December) to North Western Avenue in Watford.
Two ambulance crews, two ambulance officers and an air ambulance from Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were dispatched to a report of two trapped patients.
They treated a woman with a suspected broken leg and a man with chest pain.
Both were taken to St Mary’s Hospital by land ambulance in a serious condition.
