Friends and family test
We know this seems like an strange question for an ambulance service to ask, but the Friends and Family Test is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the whole NHS. It supports the key principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences. That feedback is then used to improve services for our patients.
Would you recommend us to your friends and family?
If you’ve been a patient of ours recently, we would like to know your views on the care you received. We’re asking everyone who was attended to by our 999 emergency service but were not taken to hospital; or who have used our patient transport service to tell us how likely they are to recommend us to their friends and family.
